I called him last week when the spring broke and left a message. He called me back right away and I explained the problem to him. He asked that I send him pictures of the garage door opener so that he made sure to have the correct springs. I made an appointment for this week and he was scheduled to come out from 12:00-1:00. He arrived at my house at 12:10. he completed the job in about 30 minutes. He checked the overall health of the garage door opener and told me that everything else was fine. He gave me a $25 discount off the regular price of $250. I am very happy with Avaunt garage door service.

I called on a Friday afternoon regarding a broken spring on my garage door. They quickly scheduled an appointment to come out the next morning (on a Saturday!) to check it out. I was told the pricing upfront and that it would include replacing both springs and "servicing" the garage door (checking all mechanisms andtightening/replacing all bolts and screws). I was told that they carried many springs in stock but that my door was not as common (a wood roll up) so he wasn't sure if he'd have it with him and if that was the case he'd be back on Monday to do the actual repair. He showed up as promised the next morning; checked out our door. Indeed he needed to get the correct parts (springs) as he did not have them on his truck. He came back promptly on Monday and fixed the door in addition to the “tune up". My door has never run so smoothly and quietly! I am extremely satisfied with the service and process. There were no hidden fees (the price was the exact same as I had been quoted in my original phone call). I may also mention that how prices were very similar but slightly lower than the other companies in the area, especially with 10% off for being a member. I would definitely use them again!

Morgan came out about an hour after I called and gave me an estimate to replace a broken torsion spring on my roll-up garage door. He explained that it would normally be $250, but, since I found him through my membership, it would only cost $225. Morgan agreed to come back later the same day and do the repair. I arrived at home just as he was finishing. Everything worked well, and I believe he cleaned and oiled the door track as well. It is much quieter.
