11. Will you provide me with a copy of your company policy on the use of drugs and alcohol by your crews?
12. Who will be supervising my project and how many years of experience do they have in the garage door industry?

Service and Warranty

13. Do you guarantee to use only new parts on my installation or repair?
14. Do you provide a price guaranty in writing?
15. Do you specify all new garage doors by Brand, Model and Finish?
16. How long is your installation warranty?  And is it in writing?
17. Have you ever repaired a garage door without charge after the warranty period?
18. How many hours a day can I reach you on your mobile phone?
